How to make the Banana Avocado Spinach Kiwi smoothie (BASK smoothie)

>> Place some of the spinach in the Nutribullet jug and add the milk.

>> Blitz the spinach. The idea is to reduce the spinach because we may have difficulty fitting all of the spinach in the jug in one go. So we will do it in 2 or 3 lots to reduce the spinach.

> When you have blitzed the spinach, slice in 2 bananas. You may use 3 bananas if you can squueze them all in. Sometimes I add the 3rd banana at a later stage if there enough room after adding the other contents. You can’t have too much banana. Yes, you can’t have too much banana. Don’t believe all the scare mongering. Bananas are good for you. Eat them one way or the other.

>> Scoop out the avocado flesh and add the avocado.

>> Blitz the content again and pause the Nutribullet.

>> Now slice the kiwi up and add it.

>> Squeeze in the lemon (this is optional but I love to lemonized my smoothies every now and again to alter the flavour). You may add more milk to thin out the smoothie if you prefer.

>> Now blitz one more time for 40 seconds.

That’s it. Your Banana Avocado Spinach Kiwi smoothie (BASK smoothie) is ready.

Enjoy!
