How to make the green banana smoothie
>> Slice up your bananas and apple.
>> Add the blueberries into the Nutribullet jar.
>> Chuck in half of the sliced bananas, then the strawberries.
>> Add the apple and some of the natural yogurt.
>> Blitz the content of the nutribullet for about 35 seconds and pause the nutribullet.
>> Add the remaining sliced banana and the non-dairy milk. I use Hemp milk because it just tastes great. You may use any other non-dairy milk like almond milk, soya milk, rice milk etc.
>> Then blitz the content again for another 30 seconds.
>> You may add as much milk as possible depending how thick or thin you want the green banana smoothie to be.
That’s it. Your green banana smoothie is ready for you.
