This is one of my fast breakfast ideas. It is quick to put together. Requires absolutely no skill whatsoever.

Weetabix Biscuits Greek Yogurt Almond Breakfast
What you need (Ingredients):
Weetabix biscuit X 2
Greek Yogurt 2 and a half Serving
Almond nuts
A cup of tea or coffee to flush your breakfast down (optional)
Weetabix Nutritional information.
2 Biscuits of Weetabix provide the following:
| Calories | 136kcal |
| Fat | 0.8g |
| Saturated Fat | 0.2g |
| Carbohydrates | 26g |
| Sugar | 1.7g |
| Fibre | 3.8g |

| Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) | 0.35g |
| Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) | 0.45g |
| Niacin | 5.3g |
| Folic acid | 64mcg |
| Iron | 4.5mg |
2 weetabix biscuits are regarded as a single serving for an adult. Naturally you could have more if you prefer. I like the fact that the sugar content in the single serving of 2 biscuits is only just 1.7gm.
Greek Yogurt Nutritional information:
A standard cup of Greek yogurt contains 5 servings. The standard cup has 500g of yogurt. So one serving would be 100g.
For me, that amount is just too small. I will use up a 500g cup as 2 servings. Essentially I split it up in 2, so my 1 serving would be 250g of Greek Yogurt.
But the nutritional information below is for 1 serving of 100gm:
| Calories | 62kcal |
| Fat | 0.3g |
| Saturated fat | 0.2g |
| Carbohydrate | 5.5g |
| Sugars | 5.5g |
| Protein | 9.3g |
| Salt | 0.3g |
I particularly like this brand of Greek yogurt as the fat content is low and the sugar content is less than 6gm. It suits what I am doing right now.
Be careful of the sugar content of whatever brand of Greek yogurt you choose especially when it is low fat. I will steer clear of any brand or type whose sugar content is approaching 10gms or more.

I sprinkle Almonds on the Greek yogurt to improve the nutritional value of the breakfast. Get in some monounsaturated fat and other essential nutrients whilst I can.
Nutritional information for Almonds:
100gm of Almonds

How to prepare:
Not rocket science for this Weetabix, Greek Yogurt and Alomnds breakfast.
Here’s how.
1. Chuck 2 Weetabix biscuits into a bowl.
2. Scoop onto the bowl 250g of Greek yogurt
3. Add a handful of almonds.
…and eat up the lot.
You may have a cup of coffee to match.
This breakfast recipe is blood sugar-friendly. When I tested myself 1 hour after having this breakfast, my blood sugar came back as 5.1mmol/l (91.8mg/dl). That’s the kind of blood sugar you want after a breakfast like this. This weetabix, greek yogurt and almond breakfast doesn’t spike your blood glucose unnecessarily.
Enjoy!
